The room provided to us had mold next to the window. It was black mold and could pose serious health risk. Since we checked in late in the night, so we couldn't check immediately. Nonetheless, the hotel management should have never given this room to customers in the first place as the mold was very much visible. Even the vending machines for drink was not stocked or functioning normally. Please look for some other hotels and avoid this.

The worst hotel I have ever been in. Staff is barely speaking english, some of them not at all. They feel free to scream at You(ofc in italian cause why would hotel staff know how to speak english right?) for breaking the rules that are not written anywhere. Air conditioning is some kind of a joke, a fan would do triple as much job. Generally only cleaning staff was doing the job properly however floor in the bathroom was sticky so I'm not sure what to think about that... but at least they were the only ones that didn't made me want to leave place as fast as posible.

Many thanks to the girls from the recipes that patiently listened to our broken English on the phone, helped find the hotel and accepted with the animal. We are grateful to fate that they found their phone and could get to them. They saw our Ukrainian passports and closed all the questions from the vaccine. They reached very understandable and took care of us! We hope that each of us will be a peaceful sky and after the war, we will visit them like tourists, rather than refugees

Our budget room was located in the older building that didn't look fresh from outside. But surprise, surprise, the room was nice, clean and spacious enough with good bathroom. The window faced the street but no problems with traffic noise. A nice stay in overall.
